4.4 Compliance: Brands must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding advertising, pricing, and consumer protection.

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
